On the basis of dual temporal analysis system I tried to compare the difference of development since 1950-51 and 2010-2011. Due to lack of infrastructural base in post independence we have few resources to develop resources but in recent decades we made infrastructural development to making new resources. Therefore now country is experiencing a huge changing in development as well as people's social and cultural level. This paper is considered to explore some specific characteristics of developing India. There is bright development occurred since post independence to recent time. This development can be seen in different sectors such as primary (agriculture and pasturing), secondary (manufacturing and industry), tertiary (services) and quaternary (administrative and research).
