We know that, it is a healthy habit to eat a healthy diet and make better food choices. However, if we take that too much to extremes it may result to food disorders and malnutrition. Example, we try to stick to our diet and see physical changes in the mirror. Soon, we start pushing ourselves more and more and start to avoid food altogether deeming it as unhealthy for our body. This leads to lack of proper nourishment for the body and something which was good for our body i.e. a healthy diet becomes something dangerous due to it taken to extremity.
Therefore, Extremity ruins and everything is good till it is in control.
