The number of people, what they do, what policies they pursue, the level of consumption they engage in, the size of their families, where they live, where they work, what technology they use, how the goods and services they use are produced, what governmental policies are adopted (or rescinded), what activities are illegal or legal, how animals are used in the society, how resources are used, what resources are protected, which resources are exploited, etc. etc. etc. Literally the list includes everything. We are interconnected to everything.

Environmental pollution is one of those main factors. Various reasons like population explosion, fast industrialization, and indiscriminate use of natural resources, deforestation, unplanned urbanization is responsible for environmental pollution.
