The thirsty crow was flying searching for water . He saw a pot that was half filled with water. He thought I will bring straw and drink it he bring straw and then drink the water

Long time ago, a famine hit a village. a crow was in the search of water as he was really thirsty and he wanted to quench his thirst. He couldn't find any source of water, until he saw a pot. The pot was halfway filled and was enough to quench the crow's thirst. But when the crow bent down to reach it , he couldn't do so because the mouth of the pot was very narrow. The crow was about to lose hope, but he hit upon an idea.He saw some pebbles scattered on the ground. He picked them up and he began to drop them one by one in the pot. slowly the level of the water rose and it came to the rim of the pot. The crow happily drank the water and flew away .
