बॉयकॉट मूवमेंट अंग्रेजो के खिलाफ चलाया गया था जिसमें गांधी जी ने जवाहरलाल नेहरू जैसे नेताओं ने लीडरशिप की थी उनका मानना था कि अगर हम अंग्रेजों के सामान का बहिष्कार करेंगे तो उनकी जड़ें कमजोर होंगे और अगर जड़े कमजोर होंगी तो वह भी कमजोर होंगे बॉयकॉट मूवमेंट का महत्वपूर्ण उद्देश्य यह था स्वदेशी अपनाओ जैसे खादी अपनाओ अपने देश का माल अपने देश में ही यूज़ हो यही सबसे बड़ा उद्देश्य था बॉयकॉट मूवमेंट का जोकि 19 सौ से लेकर 1947 तक अंग्रेजो के खिलाफ चला
