an = n(n-3)/(n+4)

1) a1 = 1(1-3)/(1+4) = (-2)/5
2) a2 =2(2-3)/(2+4)= (-2)/6 = -1/3

3) a3 = 3(3-3)/(3+4) =0
three terms are -2/5, -1/3, 0
