Solution:-

given by:-
 {x}^{2} - 9 = 13 \\ {x}^{2} - 9 - 13 = 0 \\ {x}^{2} - 22 = 0 \\ compare \: by \: the \: form \: of \: equation \: \\ a {x}^{2} + bx + c = 0 \\ here \: value \: is \: a \: b \: c \: are \: \\ a = 1 \\ b = 0 \\ c = - 22

QUADRATIC EQUATION :
An equation of degree 2 is called a quadratic equation.
General form of Quadratic equation :
ax² + bx + c , where a,b,c are constants and a≠0.

SOLUTION:
GIVEN : x² - 9=13
x² -9 -13 = 0
x² -22 = 0
comparing with General form of Quadratic equation : ax² + bx + c = 0
Here, a= 1, b = 0 , c = -22

Hence , the value of a = 1, b = 0, c = -22
