Hi ,

1 ) p + 4 = 15

Sum of p and 4 equals to 15.

2 ) m - 7 = 3

7 less than m is equal to 3

3 ).2m = 7

Twice the m is equal to 7

4 ) 3p + 4 = 25

4 more than thrice p equal to 25.

5 ) 4p - 2 = 18

2 less than 4 times of p equal to 18

I hope this helps you.

(i) p+4=15

=> 4 more than p is equal 15

(ii) m-7 = 3

=> 7 less than m is equal to 3

(iii) 2m =7

• m multiplied by 2 is equal to 7

• twice of m = 7

(vi) 3p +4=25

=> 4 more than thrice of p is equal to 25

(vii) 4p -2=18

=> 2 less than 4 multiplied p =18

I hope will help you
