6/4 i.e multiply both numerator and denominator with 9 to get denominator 36 so 6/4 ×9/9=54/36

in 2nd one

4/6 i.e multiply both numerator and denominator with with 6 to get denominator 36 so 4/6×6/6=24/36

therefore 6/4=54/36

4/6=24/36
