According to the question,


Square root of 3 = √3
Square of square root of 3 = ( √3 )²


=> ( √3 )²

 =>   {3}^{ \frac{1}{2} \times 2 }  \\  \\  = >  {3}^{1}  \\  \\  = > 3

= 3
