Answer:

Captain Farid Singh was brave. Very brave, in fact. He was know to take immediate action, which came handy in his job. He lead 3 troops, and he was proud he was given the opportunity.

At the moment, he and his troops were travelling to another city nearby, and they all took a train coach.

Suddenly, Capt. Singh heard a loud and shrill whistle. He recognised it immediately, and from the looks of it, so did most of his troop mates.

Now, his main focus was to figure out from which coach it was coming from.

After about half a minute, he heard screams, which were easy to place. They all knew the screams were coming from the adjoining coach. Everybody could already feel the train slowing down.

Capt. Singh order half of his first troop to get ready for light hand to hand combat. He went near the door of the coach and could see the trees and shrubs around more and more clearly.

When he saw that the train was slow enough for his mates to get down safely, he openes the door and got out. Seeing him, the part of his troop he had alerted also got down. They made their way to the adjoining coach in front of their's, and climbed in, only to find 6 mere robbers standing there with knives and sacks, no doubt filled with money and gold, all robbed.

But now, Capt. Singh wasn't worried about that. What he was worried about was the fact one of the burly man had a young girl, knife to her throat.

He didn't need to worry too much though. As soon as the robbers saw a dozen men in uniform, they let the girl go, and surrendered. Three of the troop members took their bags and gave back all the money and gold to the passengers.

The train had stopped by then, and the authorities had arrived, seeing as the station was half a kilometre away.

Turned out a quick-witted woman had pulled the chain without being seen, to alert the authorities and get help. She was praised by the Capt. He himself was appreciated along with his troops when they reached their destination. He habit of taking immediate action had saved the day yet again.
