Just multiply the numbers to get them in the usual form.

(1) 6.5 × 10^5 = 6.5 × 100000 = 650000 (6,50,000)

You can think of 6.5 as 6.50000. They both are the same thing. So, if we multiply 6.50000 by 100000, we get 6,50,000. Remember, whenever we multiply a decimal by 10, 100 or any power of 10, i.e., 10^{n}, we shift the decimal point after n digits to the right.

E.g. 8.2345 × 10^4

Here n = 4. So, we shift the decimal point four digits to the right, which gives 82345.

(2) 4 × 10^6 = 4 × 1000000 = 4000000 (40,00,000)

(3) 4.123 × 10^6 = 4.123 × 1000000 = 4123000 (41,23,000)

(4) 3.2 × 10^-4 = 3.2 × 0.0001 = 0.00032

Here, you shift the decimal point to the left as the power of 10 is negative.

E.g. 4534.2 × 10^-3 = 4.5342

(5) 7.54 × 10^-5 = 0.0000754

See the image given below to understand (1) and (4) more clearly.
