Ans. First things first, you always need to put the notice in a box. The format of a notice should include:  The word 'NOTICE' at the top. , THE NAME OF THE SCHOOL OR INSTITUTION, THE DATE, AN APPROPRIATE SHORT TITLE, the MAIN BODY, and WRITER’S NAME WITH DESIGNATION and then the SIGNATURE of yourself.  

Body of the notice-The content of the notice to be crisp and to the point. There should be no beating around the Bush. The word limit should be around 50 words. It should be written in a formal like manner.
