Speed = √rg tanƟ

Because friction is zero therefore \mu_{\mathrm{s}}=0

Vmax = √rg (tanƟ + 0) / (1 – (0) tanƟ)  

= √rg tanƟ/(1-0)

= √rg tanƟ

Where tanƟ will be v^{2} / \mathrm{rg}

Here maximum speed of car depends on curved road and their banking angle which does not depends on mass of car. Therefore, angle for heavy or light car will be same. Speed of car will  maximum when angle will be 1ᵒ or 45ᵒ.
