Given : Two concentric spheres

To Find :  volume of the solid enclosed between two concentric spheres

Solution:

Let say Radius of two concentric spheres are R & r

where R > r

Volume of Large Sphere = (4/3)πR³

Volume of Small Sphere = (4/3)πr³

volume of the solid enclosed between two concentric spheres = Volume of Large Sphere  - Volume of Small Sphere

=  (4/3)πR³ -  (4/3)πr³

=  (4/3)π(R³ - r³)

volume of the solid enclosed between two concentric spheres =  (4/3)π(R³ - r³)
