Answer:

Epidermis cell covers the root, stem, fruit, flower and seed with the water and dust particles.

It provides the protection to all cells inside it. The roots were used to do diffusion for absorption of water and minerals from roots.

Epidermis cells allow sunlight to do photosynthesis process for making food for thir survival by passing through chloroplasts in the mesophyll tissue.

The sunlight, water, carbondioxide and chlorophyll are the necessary components of the the photosynthesis.
