(i) The vena cava is the vein joined to the heart and the different parts of the body which brings the carbon dioxide rich blood back to the heart.

(ii) The aorta is the artery joined to the heart and other organs of the body in order to deliver blood from the heart to the whole organisms.

(iii) Pulmonary vein is the vein which brings the oxidised blood from the lungs to the hearts in order to supply to the whole body.
