(1) Pancreas :- Pancreas secrets pancreatic juice which contains pancreatic enzymes which act on food in small intestine that is already simplified by bile juice. Another function is that it secretes insulin which is used in maintaining blood sugar level.

(2) Large Intestine :- Here, last stage of digestion is proposed. It absorbs the remaining salts and excess water left unabsorbed by the small intestine.
