Nucleus:

  • It regulate cell functions.

  • If the nucleus is removed, the cell will die.

  • It contains chromosome which bears the genes that control hereditary characters.

Endoplasmic Reticulum:

  • It gives supportive framework for the cell.

  • It synthesis and transport proteins and fats.

Mitochondria:

  • The release of energy from pyruvic acid produced in cytoplasm in the form of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate).

  • The place where cellular aerobic respiration takes place.

  • It stores energy.

  • Synthesis of respiratory enzymes.

Ribosome:

  • It synthesis protein.

 \bold \red{ || nucleus || }

  • The nucleus controls and regulates the activities of the cell (e.g., growth and metabolism) and carries the genes, structures that contain the hereditary information. Nucleoli are small bodies often seen within the nucleus.

 \bold \red{ || Endoplasmic \:  reticulum || }

  • Endoplasmic reticulum performs the following functions: It is responsible for the production and secretion of steroid hormones. It is also responsible for the synthesis of essential lipids such as phospholipids and cholesterol. It is responsible for the metabolism of carbohydrates.

 \bold \red{ || Mitochondria || }

  • The most important function of mitochondria is to produce energy through the process of oxidative phosphorylation. It is also involved in the following process: Regulates the metabolic activity of the cell. Promotes the growth of new cells and cell multiplication.

 \bold \red{ || ribosome || }

  • Ribosomes are a cell structure that makes protein. Protein is needed for many cell functions such as repairing damage or directing chemical processes. If the ribosomes are floating freely throughout the cell, it will make proteins that will be utilized within the cell itself.

Hope it helps!
