Seminal vesicle produces its secretion in the form of a milky fluid that helps in the mobility of sperms in males.
Prostate gland produces its secretion in the form of a viscous fluid that helps in the mobility of sperms within females. Actually it changes the vaginal pH that is required for the sperm movement.
Also the scretion of both glands provides nutrition to the sperms.
