oviduct (fallopian tube): It is the site of fertilization. It carry egg (ovum) or fertilized ovum (zygote) to the uterus. Uterus - It is the site of development of embryo. ... Placenta is a vital organ formed by chorionic villi and uterine lining.

Ovary - To produce the egg (ovum). To produce the hormones oestrogen and progesterone.

(i) Production of egg or female gamete

(ii) secretion of progesterone and oestrogen

OVIDUCT:- It is the site of fertilization . It also helps in the transport of fertilized egg to uterus.

UTERUS:- It is a hollow pear shaped organ within which the embryo develops.
