Write the functions of forebrain medulla and cerebellum in human brain
Answers
Answer:
The forebrain controls body temperature, reproductive functions, eating, sleeping, and the display of emotions. At the five-vesicle stage, the forebrain separates into the diencephalon (thalamus, hypothalamus, subthalamus, and epithalamus) and the telencephalon which develops into the cerebrum.
The medulla oblongata helps regulate breathing, heart and blood vessel function, digestion, sneezing, and swallowing. This part of the brain is a center for respiration and circulation. Sensory and motor neurons (nerve cells) from the forebrain and midbrain travel through the medulla.
The cerebellum receives information from the sensory systems, the spinal cord, and other parts of the brain and then regulates motor movements. The cerebellum coordinates voluntary movements such as posture, balance, coordination, and speech, resulting in smooth and balanced muscular activity.

Functions Of Forebrain
~ It is responsible for several functions of the autonomous nervous system.
~ It Controls our visceral organ by various nerves like cranial nerves and sensory nerves.
~The medulla oblongata receives its blood supply from several arteries
~ It helps to reflexes such as vomiting, sneezing & coughing.
~ Medulla oblongata helps regulate breathing, heart and blood vessel function, digestion, sneezing, and swallowing.
Function of Cerebellum
~ Cerebellum Maintains the posture, equilibrium and muscle tone of our bodybody.
~ Cerebellum controlls voluntary functions of the body like balancing and posture of the body.
~ The Cerebellum Recives continuously Updated information form the Motor nerves about desired sequence of muscles.
