Lysosomes :

• they are capable of  digesting any microorganism that enter the cell .
• lysosomes are a kind of garbage disposal system of a cell as they help to keep the clean by  :  digesting foreign materials  [ii]  eating up worn out cell organelles  [iii]    removing dead cells .
• they are also called suicidal bags because they are capable of digesting the entire cell , once the enzymes are liberated.

Golgi Apparatus :

• they  package materials synthesised  in the cell and dispatch them across the plasma membrane.
• they are involved in the formation of lysosomes and peroxisomes .
• they are secretory organelles of the cell .
• they also play an important role in modification , secretion and storage of chemicals .
