Hemophilia is Inherited
Explanation:
- When The normal male marries a carrier female (she contains the mutant gene on one of her X-chromosomes), they can produce a haemophilic son. In this way, the genotype of the guardians would be XY and XhX
- The child can get from the mother either her X chromosome with the hemophilia gene or her X chromosome with the ordinary blood coagulating quality. So a carrier's son has a half possibility of having hemophilia
- A baby girl will acquire a X chromosome with a predominant quality for ordinary blood coagulating from her father
