As you asked in points. Here we go.

Ozone acts as a shield against harmfull UV radiation (100–400nm) , if no their is ozone the UV radiation can easily penetrate in atmosphere and have devastating impacts on plants ,animals and humans beings.

UV radiation is divided into 3 bands :UV-A (320–400nm), UV-B ( 280–320 nm) and UV-C (200–280nm). Uv B and UV C can cause erthyma, snow blindness, suppresses immune system. UV B reduces vitamin D,synthesis. It can cause skin cancer.

On marine life: can cause mortility of phytoplankton and hence affect food chain

Can have effect on crops: in rice fields blue green algae resides which fixes nitrogen . These blue green algae are sensitive to UVs and would be affected by its increase.
