Hey friend,
Here is the answer:

To calculate the area of triangle by heron's formula = We use,
√s (s - a) (s - b) (s - c)

Here s = Semi - perimeter.
And we can find semi - perimeter by the formula =
 \frac{a + b + c}{2}

Herons or hero was a Greek mathematician and he gave the following formula to calculate the area of triangle ..
 \sqrt{s \times s - a \times s - b \times s - c}
Which has a term semiperimeter denoted by (S)
For example -:if a ∆ has 3 sides value = a=8
b=6
c=4
