On dec 11 1946 Dr rajendra prasad become the permanent president.

Later, drafting committeee under the leadership of ambedkar 1949

On November 26 1949 Constitution was drafted.

On jan 26 1950 India became a republic. A nation become republic only after a elected person become the head along with a written Constitution. On that day itself Indian Constitution was adopted officially.
