Political parties play a decisive role in shaping the law for the country. Laws are passed and discussed in the parliament. Since the members of parliament are of one party so they play a major role shaping the laws of the country.

In spite of the fact that the State is an important and a general foundation, no two journalists concur on its definition. There have been a wide range of perspectives about the idea of the State and thus its inconsistent definitions.

Some decipher it as a power framework, others as a welfare framework. Some view it completely as a legitimate development, either in the old Austinion sense which made it a relationship of governors and administered, or, in the dialect of modem law, as a network 'composed for activity under lawful standards.'

Some recognize it with the country; others view nationality as coincidental or pointless or even as an adulterating component which represses the State in its characteristic capacities. Some see it as a common protection society, others as the specific surface for our entire life.
