Answer:bagging involves two steps.
First is emasculation where the anther of a bisexual flower is removed.
Second is bagging in which the emasculated flower is covered with a bag to prevent other pollens to land on stigma.
Further when the flower attains maturity, desired pollens are dusted on the stigma and are rebagged.
Hence resulting in growth or formation of desired outcome
