ciliary are present I eye which help in adjust of lens to make the image Clear. at old age ciliary muscle won't adjust so there will be a vision defects. there are two types. myopia in which far object look burry. hyperopia in which near object look burry.

as aksay cant see distant object so he is suffering from mysopia. he should use concave lens.
