In this compound all the hydrogen are replaced by chlorine atom....

The actual formula is C4Cl10,,similar to structure of butane C4H10....Hence it will contain single bond

for single bond,we give the suffix as -ane

total Carbon=4

so,it will be denoted as but

in the structure

in first and last carbon atom 3 chlorine atoms will be attached so,we will denote them as 1,1,1 ann4,4,4 respectively for other 2 we will denote 2,2 and 3,3

so,

actual name=1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,4-Decachlorylbutane

{hope it helps}
