a federal country has two to three tiers of government

besides national government it has State Government and district governments

district governments governor better their area as they have knowledge of that area

separation of power indicates the separation of power between union government and state government not all the power is with union government some Power rests with the state government,power of international affairs like currency international affairs trade etc are taken by union government, but affairs like marriage education dress etc are taken by state government

fundamental rights are the basic rights of a citizen that cannot be violated by government or any other political or private organisation

parliamentary form of Government is the form of government in which two or more parliaments are held and they have about 600 members who are representatives of the citizens they are supposed to take day-to-day decisions of the life of citizens
