any orbital of an atom can contain 2n2 (n=principal quantum number). but some limitations are here:
1)although n>4, the orbital can not contain greater than 32electron.
2)last orbital can not contain more than 8 electron.
3)and the orbital before last one does not contain more than 18electron.
