1) \\ multiplying \: power \: with \: same \: base \\ a^{m} \times a^{n} = a^{m +n}  \\ similarily \\ (a \div b) {}^{m} \times (a \div b) {}^{n}  = (a \div b) {}^{ m+ n}

2) \\ dividing \: powers \: with \: same \: base \\ a {}^{m} \div a {}^{n} = a {}^{ m- n}

3) \\ power \: of \: a \: power \\ (a {}^{m} ) {}^{n} = a {}^{m \times n} = a {}^{mn}

4) \\ multiplying \: powers \: with  \: the\: same \: exponents \\ a {}^{m}  \times b {}^{m}  = (ab) {}^{m}

5) \\ negative \: exponents \\ a {}^{ - m}  = 1 \div a {}^{m}

6) \\ a {}^{0}  = 1 \\ similarily \\ (a \div b) {}^{0}  = 1

 {a}^{m}  \times  {a}^{n }  =  {a}^{m +n }  \\  {ab}^{m }  =  { a}^{m}  \times  {b}^{m} \\   \\ ( {a}^{m} )  n =  {a}^{mn}  \\  \\  {a}^{0}  = 0 \\  \\  {a} =   \frac{1}{am}  \\  \\ ( \frac{a}{b}  )m =  \frac{am}{bm}
