- The Governor can dissolve the State Legislative Assembly on the advice of the Chief Minister. The Governor can return the bill (not money bill) to the State Legislature for reconsideration. If the State Legislature sends it back the Governor have to sign the bill.
- Under article 192 the governor van dissolve any member of the State Legislature if election commission proves that the member of Legislative Assembly is not following Article 191.
