Sir,
This is to state that I have purchased a Godredge washing machine , model no.122 from your company , with cash memo no.2000, dated 10th August 2019 .After a couple of weeks, it started malfunctioning . It has been hang on few occasions and the washing machine stop working abruptly. despite being are reported stored in the locality this kind of Technical bridges in the product sold by your shop is rather unfortunate and unwanted.
I request you to replace the faulty handset with immediate effect as your shop has given me a warranty of 2 years for any kinds of defect on the product and since we are still in the warranty period.
I hope you will fix this issue at the earliest and not force me to move to the consumer forum.
