Dear Sir,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper I want to highlight the issue of lack of recognition given to Indian Handicraft Artisans.To my dismay, I found it's value was almost doubled in abroad.These crafts have immense potential to contribute to the growth and development of the national economy.  Therefore, I earnestly, request the Indian government to promote the work of our artisans .

The government can organize an exhibition in well-to-do countries and display their hard work and where they can get fair prices for what they worth . The government can provide them with suitable loans or provide them raw materials at a cheaper rate.

I hope this issue would be brought into light through your newspaper.
