Their presence is not only off putting and irritable but is a representation of the society that we have built. They find it acceptable to continue this malicious practice rather than working and we encourage them by acting according to their will and not making an active effort to put a stop to this.
These individuals should be encouraged to work. They should be given concessions by the government. Those who are physically unable should be put into homes and made to work jobs in accordance to their capabilities.
