Dear sir
with regard to above mentioned this is to bring to your kind notice the problem of dowry and its evil effects which are eating the rots of the society.
Every day we come across so many incidents of girls being burnt, forced to commit suicide, or other mishap due to non fulfillment of the demands of groom and his parents. Though so many time many laws have been framed to stop this but still we lack somewhere to eradicate this evil deed completely from our society. We are educating our girls and making them independent but after marriage they are being mentally and physically tortured which leads an end of their precious life. It is high time we should now think of some strong steps to save the life of our loving daughters and give them their world .
Some strict actions and punishments should be taken in action by the law of our country against the people who do such deed . Heavy penalties and imprisonment should be given so that people learn lesson and we become successful in stopping this dreadful deed . Some effective measures should also be taken for the girls so that they are able to make a stand on their own after standing against their in-laws. I hope you will consider my request so that we can join hands and eradicate it completely.
