Write the linear equation whose solution is x= -1, y=1. Please explain with steps.

Hey there,

The answer to ur Question is actually quite easy:

x= -1, y=1.

then to find the linear eqn, Simply substitue their values..

-x + y = 0

or,

y - x =0

Verification:

1(1) + 1(-1) = 0

1 - 1 = 0

LHS = RHS

Hence proved
