Write the list of apparatus required to prove that heat transfer take place between hot body and

cold body experimentally ? Write the precautions.

Lets start.,
Aim. :-To prove that heat transfer take place from hot body to cold body.

Aparatus :-Aluminium/lron/Copper rod,Burner,Candle wax,Pins,stand.

Procedure :-STEP 1)Fix the Aluminium/lron/Copper rod on the stand vertically.
STEP 2)Join the pins with small pots of candle wax from one end to the pther end of the rod.
STEP 3)On the Burner from the rod's left end.
STEP 4)Immediatelly after lighting the burner touch the rod's right end and touch after few minutes later.
STEP 5)Observe and note down your observation.

Observation:-Point 1)While touching the rod immediatelly after lighting the burner it feels cold.
Point 2)While touching the rod after lighting the burner for few minutes it feels hot.
Point 3)After some time, the pins started falling in right direction.

Conclusion :-1)While touching the rod first time it feels cold this means that the right end is cold and after few minutes when we touch it we feels hot this mean that the heat travels fromm hot to cold medium.
2)Also the pins started because it was attach by wax and the melts because of heat, it fells from left end to right end as left end was hot and right end was cold for fitst time.From these we can conclude that heat travels from hot to cold medium.

For more info:- Heat is transfer from the particles of medium.
In solid the transfer of heat is fast as compared to liquid and gas.
