 The main theme of the poem is the beautiful expression of the things that lie around us like  the morning dew, birds, animals (monkeys and porcupines) .

 We see so many things around us like the scarecrow but we fail to understand them many a  times.

 The poem highlights the importance of being alert to the things around us and also feel  free to know about the things that we don’t know.
