The mirror image of the point (4,-5) with respect to the X-axis is (4,5).

Reason:

→ While calculating the mirror image of a point with respect to the X-axis the X-coordinate (abscissa) remains the same and the Y-coordinate (ordinate) changes its sign. For example, The mirror image of the point (a,b) with respect to the X-axis will be (a, -b).

→ The point and its mirror image both will be at an equal distance from the X-axis. The distance of the point and its mirror image from the X-axis is equal to the magnitude of the ordinate (Y-coordinate).
