Humanistic perspective.
This was put forward by Abraham Maslow and Carl Rogers
They believe that human beings are basically good and are striving to be self actualized.
In the process the individual when fails to acquire the goals they are disappointed.
Maslow argued that there is the hierachy of human needs hence comfortable.
