The Name of the Five Acids are →

Sulphuric Acid.
Chemical Formula → H₂SO₄.

Hydrochloric Acid.
Chemical Formula → HCl.

Nitric Acid.
Chemical Formula → HNO₃.

Carbonic Acid.
Chemical Formula → H₂CO₃.

Acetic Acid.
Chemical Formula → CH₃COOH.

The Name of the Five Bases are →

Sodium Hydroxide.
Chemical Formula → NaOH.

Potassium Hydroxide.
Chemical Formula → KOH.

Calcium Hydroxide.
Chemical Formula → Ca(OH)₂.

Copper Hydroxide.
Chemical Formula → Cu(OH)₂.

Ferrous Hydroxide.
Chemical Formula → Fe(OH)₂.

Now,
Name of some of the Salts are →

Sodium Sulphate, Potassium Sulphate, Ferrous Chloride, Lead Chloride, Lead Sulphate,Zinc Sulphate, Zinc Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Ferric Chloride etc.

Preparation Reaction of Some of the Salts are →

1) Direct Synthesis.
      2Fe + 3Cl₂ -----→  FeCl₃ (Ferric Chloride)

2) Displacement.
   2Na + 2HCl. ---→ 2NaCl + H₂.↑

3) Decomposition of Carbonates.
 CaCO₃ + H₂SO₄ ---→ CaSO₄ + H₂O + CO₂↑

4) Decomposition of Bicarbonates.
Ca(HCO₃)₂ + H₂SO₄ ----→ CaSO₄ + 2H₂O + 2CO₂↑

Insoluble Salts cannot be prepared directly from the Insoluble Salts. For Preparing Insoluble Salts from the soluble salts we need to first converts the insoluble salts into soluble salts and then convert into soluble salts.

For Examples →

PbCl₂ + HNO₃ ---- Pb(NO₃)₂ + 2HCl.
Pb(NO₃)₂ + Na₂SO₄ --- PbSO₄ + 2NaNO₃.

In this Reaction, Lead Chloride which is an Insoluble salt is first converted into lead nitrate which is an soluble salts by the addition of Nitric acid. During the Second Step, Lead nitrate is converted into lead sulphate which is again an insoluble salts.
