Chloroplasts are the type of plastids that contain green pigment called chlorophyll. These are found in large number in mesophyll cells of leaves. These cell organelles are responsible for photosynthesis.

In all plant cells, a cell organelle called plastidis present. Chromoplast, leucoplast, chloroplast are present inside the plastid.

3. zanthophyll it is a yellow colour pigment present in the plants which helps to look plant in yellowish colour
