Answer:

The natural numbers between 102 and 113 are 102,103,104,105,106,107,108,109,110,111,112,113.

Now,

     (i) Numbers ending with 2,4,6,8,0 are divisible by 2.

So, 102,104,106,108,110,112 are not prime numbers

(ii) If the sum of the digits of a number is divisible by 3,

The number is also divisible by 3.

So, 105 and 111 are not prime numbers.

The remaining numbers are not divisible by 5,7 and 11.

∴ The numbers 103,107,109,113 are prime numbers.

Again,

          Total numbers = 12

Number of prime numbers = 4

∴ The fraction is 4/12 or simply 1/3.

I hope that the answer is helpful.
