Answer :

Jammu and Kashmir have special rules and regulations made in constitution which are different from other state. Some rules of them are :

• the people whose ancestors were not in kashmir before independence cannot buy any plot of land in jammu and Kashmir.

• when their is not rule of any political party then first 6 months is ruled by the governor of the state and after 6 months the state is ruled by president of the country.
