Explanation:

Total for 542 Lok Sabha seats the distribution is such:-

Of which the BJP-led NDA has won 353. Which is much more than halfway mark of 272 that is required to form a government.

Though the UPA currently has 91 members in the Lok Sabha, but 98 seats were won by other parties. The parties which fall under the other are neither part of the BJP-led NDA nor of the Congress-led UPA.

Among Others, the YSR Congress and the Trinamool Congress won a one heck of seats by winning 22 seats.

Answer:

In 2019 the BJP party under the leadership of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah had won nearly 300 seats on its own in the Lok Sabha elections. The NDA and BJP had totally won 350 seats.

Congress had to agree its second defeat in the Lok Sabha elections.

In Karnataka BJP won 26 seats whereas Congress had won only 1 seat and JDs had won 1 seat in the Lok Sabha elections.

In all the states had BJP made its remarkable achievements in setting up its government for the second time.
