Objectives of tests:

Vertical jump test:

This test is intended to measure lower limb explosive power by gauging the height a client is able to jump.

Medicine ball throw test:

This test is used to extent upper body strength and explosive power.

m- Shuttle race test:

 It is used to measure aerobic fitness by forecasting maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) and performance.  

M- Race test:

This test is to control acceleration and speed.
